Packaging, documentation and installation software form part of product warranty and will be required in case of return.
All warranties are subject to proof of purchase; KEEP YOUR RECEIPT.

When contacting please state your INVOICE NUMBER / ORDER NUMBER.
Unfortunately the sales line (01246 236363) is NOT able to answer either warranty or technical issues, also withheld numbers will not be answered. However, you can leave a message and we will deal with your request as soon as possible.
Warranties
PRINTERS / LAPTOPS / TFT MONITORS
The above items have direct manufacturers warranty, details of which are included with the packaging and instructions provided at the time of purchase. They SHOULD NOT BE BROUGHT BACK TO THE SHOP. Use the above helpline procedure if you need further assistance.
NOTE THAT SOME PRODUCTS ONLY HAVE 6 MONTH WARRANTY e.g. old type AGP card, socket A and 478 motherboard, please check your invoice.
DVD / CD MEDIA
We do not accept part opened packs, however, refunds will be made on complete sealed packs within 2/3 days of purchase.
Refunds
Please make sure you contact help line, a 25% restocking fee for item returned and not found faulty
Product Disposal Instructions
Electrical or Electronic equipment and should not be disposed of with domestic or commercial waste. All such items are to be disposed of according to your local authority recycling processes and procedures.
